A dense, all-over paisley composition in rust, tan, and muted gold covers this shawl's face, bordered by deep navy solid panels with soft fringe. As with all true Kani shawls, the pattern is woven into the weft rather than added after — a technique historically used for the finest Kashmiri jamawars, prized for how the design remains identical on both faces of the fabric.
