This Shipping Policy explains how Taroosh processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through this website.

Where We Ship We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at the moment; for bulk orders, please contact us and we will see what we can arrange.

Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During festive or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer, and we will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Charges Shipping is free on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a delivery charge of ₹99 applies. The applicable charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Time Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–9 business days depending on your location within India.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Cash on Delivery Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and is selected at checkout by choosing the "Cash on Delivery" delivery option, which carries the ₹99 delivery charge.

Bulk Orders Discounts are available on bulk orders. Please contact us with the products and quantities you have in mind.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us using the details below and we will follow up with our courier partner on your behalf.
