Where we ship: across India. International shipping is not available at the moment; for bulk orders, please contact us.
Shipping charges: free on all prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery orders carry a ₹99 delivery charge. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch: within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During festive or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery: typically 4–9 business days after dispatch, depending on your location in India.
Tracking: you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details once your order ships.

Return window: you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition with tags attached (where applicable).
How to request: email tarooshofficial@gmail.com or call +91 99155 90607 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
Refunds: after we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit, as you prefer.
Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable: items marked as final sale, and made-to-order or custom pieces, unless received damaged or defective.
Handmade variation: minor differences in embroidery placement, weave or colour from the photos are natural characteristics of handmade textiles and are not grounds for return on their own.
