Are the prices on the website final?

Yes. The prices shown are final prices. Shipping is free on all prepaid orders across India.

Is there a discount for signing up?

Yes. Create an account and get 10% off your first order with the code WELCOME10. Make sure you are signed in when you check out.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Yes. We offer exciting offers on bulk orders. For enquiries and quotations, email tarooshofficial@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 99155 90607 with the products and quantities you have in mind. See our Bulk Orders page.

Can I pay by Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on orders anywhere in India, with no order value limit, for a delivery charge of ₹99. Choose the "Cash on Delivery" delivery option at checkout. Prepaid orders ship free. The payment options available to you are shown at checkout.

Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship across India.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. For bulk orders we can try to arrange international shipping, so please contact us.

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery then typically takes 4–9 business days depending on your location in India.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed and in its original condition. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Products

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

Many of our pieces are hand-embroidered or handwoven, so small variations in embroidery placement, weave and colour are natural and are not defects.

Are the phulkari suits stitched?

No. Our phulkari suits are unstitched three-piece sets: a kurti, a dupatta and bottoms (pajami). They are made of kosa cotton.

What size are the phirans and lohis?

Our phirans are free size. Our men's lohis measure 115 cm × 230 cm. See the Size & Care page for all sizes and care instructions.

How should I care for my piece?

Dry cleaning is recommended for all our products. See the Size & Care page.
